All About Me
I'm excited to be a part of the Burns Park School community. I've been an educator for many years in Louisiana, Maryland and now Michigan. I've taught Kindergarten, Reading, First Grade and Media (Librarian).  I grew up on a farm in Louisiana in a French bilingual family. 

I have a B.A. in Early Childhood,  M.ED in Elementary/Reading, Additional professional education/training in Maryland at Loyola and a Ph.D. in Child Development from Michigan State University.

I live in Ann Arbor with my family.  I have one son who graduated from New York University.  We enjoy skiing, biking, running, gardening, hiking and any activity that keeps us moving and outside.
